Live Training in Romania (optional)

4 days live training in Romania on May 7-12, 2023 (travel costs covered if you are based in Germany, Italy, Romania or Cyprus).

Your benefits at the live training

• You will get the chance to participate in the first offline activities of the volunteer educator course: “story/workshop pitching” and “workshop planning & content development” trainings & workgroups.
• You will improve your coaching skills throughout 4 intense days on how to help young migrants and refugees to build self-confidence and ease their entrance into the local labour market
• Gain workshop facilitation, coaching and community development skills
• Expand your network nationally – with youth and hosting organisations – and at a European level
• Get the chance to connect with youth workers from other countries

To be considered to travel to Romania, the following need to be met:

• You are based in Cyprus, Italy, Romania or Germany
• You finished the VE-trainer course
• You supported or support a VE-student by that time in 2023
• You are eligible to travel to Romania
