1. Urgent/Important: Drawing Mind Map about the Research topic.
2. Urgent/Not important: submitting assignments for the Research program, forming a Research proposal, arranging a meeting with a mentee.
3. Not Urgent/Important: Organized two activities for the project in April, responding to my emails, reading articles.
4. Not Urgent/Not important: giving feedback to students after the deadline.
It is satisfying for now. I can add, or remove some parts after a while. Deciding their prioritizing was challenging, memorizing tasks was easy for me. The process is continuous. I guess it is helpful in terms of visualizing tasks and managing time. The learning process is going well, and it needs time for completing tasks, sometimes we can change their priority level due to their deadlines.
